About the Home for the Holidays Program

Now through December 1, community members can sponsor Foundation Communities' families seeking holiday gift support this year. Please select a property of your choice below. From there you can choose among many households requesting assistance this season.
All wish list details and gift delivery information will be sent via email upon selection. On that note, sponsors are not required to purchase all items on the wish list and families know they may receive just a few items. We suggest spending $50-100 per family member.
